There is a discrepancy with how employee discounts are being applied. Currently my "Line Access" charge is $40. When I go to change my plan, it shows that my 19% employee discount is applied to the "Line Access" portion of the bill as you can see below:
However, when going to review the changes, the section under "Additional Charges on Your Next Bill" shows that it will charge $40 and not $32.40.
My current bill:
Should I be getting a 19% discount on the "Smartphone Line Access" or does the user interface have a bug?

The interface has a bug. The discount is only on the data charge portion of the bill not the cellphone line access

So, $96.70 should be the sub-total before taxes right?

I take that back. I went through with the change, and it confirmed the line access discount for one of my two lines. I don't know why.
