Pardon me for being a simple man but it all seems simple to me. Tu
company lied to me, didn't complete the transaction as promised, and has
not corrected the procedure. All that's left for you all to do is to
correct the procedure or for me to switch companies and discourage everyone
I know not to use your services. Everything else is hollow talk.
