I downloaded the app clean master (free) it is a great app for cleaning up files but it also comes with a toggle widget that is on the top of your phone and pulls down. You have to choose the option for 3 lines. It allows you to access quite a few apps the best part is you can turn WiFi off and DATA. You can still make and receive calls and texts. When you need to use data just pull it down and restart WiFi and data you will have to do it periodically so you can get emails and sync other apps. I hope this helps you
