Hello... I have the identical issue. I have had my 8800L Jetpack since early December. It is up to date, and worked well until about 2 weeks ago. It has a strong Verizon signal, however it will drop the connection several times a day. This is especially noticeable when streaming video. A simple reset will renew the connection which may last from 30 minutes to an hour or two. Yesterday I did a complete factory reset, but it is still showing the same symptoms. I really need to solve this, before I return to my previous internet provider. Gracias.
