You having the option to send and receive all messages is very important to us. To ensure that there's nothing on your account preventing regular texts, use this link to log into the My Verizon Service Block page. If a block is present, it would be shown under the Block services option. You can disable the block by selecting Off, then Submit Changes. Please let us know if this helps.
