Hello, I am having the same issue on my Pixel 2 and the solution above is not working. Any other solutions I could try?

"From your home screen, navigate to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile networks > Advanced > Access point names > Touch the Menu icon in the upper right corner > Touch “Reset to default”

After updating that, reboot your Pixel 2 and let us know if you’re able to MMS again."
