I agree. I got mine on Tuesday and so far had one issue with an app. No more task killers for me, no matter how good of a rating. Just recently finished installing the other apps that I've grown to love this week (especially Handcent).

Plan on getting the battery from Amazon in a few weeks, recommended by a friend that had her DINC since launch.
