Backup Assistant Error

When I go to Backup Assistant, I get an error message: "Your mobile number has changed. Please press Next to update your BA account". My number has been the same for years. Then, it won't accept my password. I can't access anywhere to check if I have the password correct or not either. How do I get it to sync? I assume Incredible does have BA? Thanks...

This is just a guess, but could you try to change the password online, and then try again on your phone? The seems like the next logical step to me. Otherwise, bring it in to the Verizon Store.
