Very true, people sometimes forget that these are far more than just phones and need to be though of more like a computer. The very next day after I recieved my X I went to the VZW store and asked for a quick tutorial, and you know what... it helped. I got my phone the day they came out and I still haven't d/l'ed the manual. I know I should but I haven't needed it yet. I will soon though because I know it's capable of doing more than I'm doing now.
