Album music won't stay in albums

Verizon when are you going to make a 64 bit version of V Cast Media Manager?. I wanna be able to use it, I really hate using Windows Media Player, it's a piece of crap!. Also, all my **bleep** albums keep splitting up into media songs and won't keep them organized in the album folders. Also, quick question, why does my phone only show 14.83G total when it should show 16 + the 8G from the eternal memory?. Shouldn't it be showing up with 24Gigs of memory total not 14?.

Arrg, I am tired of my albums not syncing correctly, they scatter my songs in and out of my album folders, the same goes with pictures. This is EXTREMELY annoying. What gives?.

Have you tried using Media Share on your phone?   Here are the steps for sharing your data. Also regarding the memory, do you have files(music, pictures, or videos stored on your phone?  Having contacts, text messages, email and apps on your phone?   These things pull from your internal memory and sd card memory. At this time a update to V cast media manager is not available. You can sign up for email updates under the Support tab on the website to get information regarding new updates that will be available. Hope this helps!

 

From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located at the bottom of the display).
Touch Media Share.
Touch Start.
Note To be notified when a connection is available, touch Connection notification (enabled when a green check mark is present).

Touch one of the following options:

For computer sync

Touch Sync

       Share

  1. Touch Next.
     
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions then touch Next.
     
  3. Touch Enable Windows Media Sync.
     
  4. Touch Windows Media Sync.
     
  5. Touch OK.
     
  6. Touch Next.
     
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions then touch Next.
     
  8. Follow the on-screen instructions then touch Next.
     
  9. Touch Done.

Wow, thanks for the reply, and I am sorry if I came off rude, I just had to re format my phone to factory reset three times because my music and pictures would not go into the right folders and were scattering all over the place, even making doubles of pictures and music some times. Thanks for the information, that will definitely help.
