It could be the charger or even the phone itself then. I had to exchange my charger as it was taking 5-6 hours to charge my phone and sometimes the green light never would show up.

There are many on this board that are content with the performance of the stock battery. Should Verizon have placed the next battery up in juice in the phone, most definitely.

Another option is to do a master reset, but it takes time to get everything back to where it was. That seems to help some. I had to do a reset for other reasons, so I don't know if that specifically helped or not.
