Oh no, not a whole lot of things more irritating than your device not picking up on the unlock code. Trust me, I've been there. But no need to worry as we're here now to help.

To be completely honest, given what we're up again, we do need to process a hard reset. And because the phone can't be entered all of the way, you'll need to run it the "alternate" method outlined in http://vz.to/oOaRQt . Please let us know how it goes.
