I am not very pleased with mine. For a year it was great. Gradually slowed down and had problems. I received a replacement for it through warranty - but the replacement was defective. Don't they check things out before they send out "refurbished" phones? I don't actually know if it is Verizon's fault, but I am blaming them. My neice has the same phone and has quite a few problems with it.
After a year, the touch screen was "strange," if I did not clear the screen after hanging up from a call, the phone would stard dialiing numbers - and hang up on the person as soon as it was answered. The phone would shut off and turn itself on - sometimes - other times I had to turn it back on. The screen would get blurry. - and more.
I don't know if I want another smart phone. I can get a tablet and use a "regular" cell. Lest costly that way.
