I have a Storm 9530 and out of the blue the phone dial pad stopped working.  When I select the dial pad from the phone homescreen, the numbers are there but do not respond when I push one.  Another quark, when I access voicemail, the number pad is different.  It has an asterik, the numeral 5 and the numeral 1 and a 0.   I cannot delete any messages and now my mailbox is full.  I have been to the Verizon store where I purchases my phone twice and am on my third phone.  Anyone have a similar issue and know the fix?

Try the following, open phone push center at top of dial pad and a list of calls received and made will be there. Look at lower left and there you will see a Red X. Push the red X until all calls are gone. now pull your battery wait 30 sec and replace. then push red phone button until the timer shows in the window. It is rebooting it may take upwards of 2 to 3 minutes. Once it has completely re started try phone again. Report back and let us know what happened.
