Unfortunately, the above resolution only works if you have the number handy... since you're receiving blocked calls inbound, you won't be able to block them since you need the number to have the block service they offer work for your device. I have yet to see a wireless service that blocks restricted/blocked/unknown numbers at this time. Maybe someday, one can hope...
