I have had that problem when i got mine. All i did was downloaded a diffrent web browser(Opera mini) and you will be able to access your my verizon account from it. (Also it may take a little getting use to but it is a alternate way of getting into your my account from your storm)

If yo go to www.operamini.com you will be able to download opera mini to your phone. Hope this helps!
