I don't believe there is much difference, other than the price.  Personally, I have always gone with San Disk brand because of reputation.  I use their HD (High Capacity) cards in my digital camera.  But for the purpose of the Blackberry, probably either one would be good.  You could probably find SD cards cheaper on Amazon.com.  You might browse their selection.
