I'm in Rio with a Global Droid2, called before departure was told everything would work fine, nothing, nada no connection, verizon is unavailable to help, no chat to deal with in hotel lobby when I don't have an access to a phone to call global tech support.  very unhappy.  all of my settings are correct.
