How old is the phone/battery?  Try a battery pull with the phone on and see if that gets you better life.   Two hours tells me something is running in the background that is sucking the life out of your battery - look at your connections Mobile network options- check that Data services for roaming are OFF and you are on 1XEV, not Global.
