Could be an app, but I know the .328 OS is the biggest problem. You need to do an internet search for 5.0.0.419 Storm 1 OS and go there and follow directions. Be sure you back up your phone first. Also you will have to delete vendor file on new OS before you install it. Follow directions for install of hybrid system. This .419 is a BB relased OS but VZW never picked it up. They would prefer to leave everyone with a bad functioning OS is my guess.
