Why would Verizon spend money on a feature that would COST THEM money in lost revenue.  If you are to lazy or to busy (your words) to insure that you don't go over your minutes, then you deserve to have to pay the overage charges.

It's like saying "If you're too lazy to calculate your gas mileage, then it's your own fault for running out of gas".  Why should the car manufacturer turn a little light on when the gas gets low to warn you?  Do you write down how many miles you go after every trip to be sure you keep your mileage in check?  No, because there's a gauge in the middle of your dashboard that shows you the results while you're driving.

This is a long overdue feature and I'm glad to see that others (Blackberry app and a Firefox extension) have started to fill the gap.

Also, "too" is a word and question marks are usually put at the end of questions.  Maybe you were busy or were just being lazy.
