 Great idea, maybe Verizon will pick it up. They send a message when you update your roaming, why not when you are getting near your max. min. you have on your plan.

 I assume you do know that if you see you are going or have gone over your limit you can change your plan right in the VZW web page to the next higher plan if that would be cheaper than paying the extra min. chg. Then in the next month roll back to your former plan. They do not chg. a change fee to do that. That is how VZW got me to give up my 1000 anytime min. plan I had. I was not using 450 min a mo. since I am unemployed, so my rate went from $60 a month to $40 a month. I have the data plan at $29 a month, so I am really only paying $9 extra for my data plan in the almost 2 yrs. since I switched, I have not gone over once.
