There was an upgrade for your device to 4.5.0.186.  The version you spoke of, 4.5.0.311, is a leaked version.  Leaked versions do not include enhancements by the carrier, so it may or may not run correctly on your device.  It is not recommended to run leaked versions, only at your discretion.  With that said, read in the forums on sites such as Crackberry or BBHybrids and see what is said by others who may have installed the leak.  Hope this helps,
