Yesterday while texting, no dropping or anything, my screen when black. I get no images or anything appearing on screen. I've taken battery out for an hour, or less multiple times but no luck on getting the screen with menu or anything to appear. I can't use phone except for calling out with the voice command button since the screen doesn't work. Unfortunately, I had the phone on vibrate too so I won't hear my incoming calls. The phone is 9 months old and I would say that I'm very easy on cell phones. Has anyone had this problem and was able to fix it in any way? If so, please share. Thanks!
