Same problem here two years later has nothing to do with spam Perse but the line is a recycled number and I’m getting calls for the previous owner of the number my watch line is on now.  I was told same supposed to be blocked dummy number for the line and a ticket was submitted.  It does share my main number to the watch, however it’s like having two phone lines it’s ridiculous that calls can come in on that number to watch independently seperate, I had 21 today total! Even the customer service rep could call the dummy number 🤷🏻‍♀️
