Wi-Fi connection, at home, at office or out in public is not connecting!

I have had intermittent connection all weekend long, whether I am at my house on my own Wi-Fi or out in the world connecting to other known networks. What gives.

I can't even get to see if there is a software update. Not cool that I have to use my data to connect!!!!!!!!!!

What gives?

twhitmer,

We always want you to stay connected where ever you go. Let's figure this out together. Have you had any recent updates on your phone? What type of phone do you have? Did you tried to delete the network and readding it?

I did update to 9.0.2 last week but I am not entirely sure if that was the

culprit.I have an iPhone 5S, but this issues is also occurring on my iPads

- it isn't just my network as I am experiencing this both at home and at

work - two totally different locations with the same issue.

twhitmer,

Having a consistant connection is what we want for your devices. We will get through this together. Did recently start after the update? Let's try a couple of steps to get this WiFi connection going. On your phone go to Settings, General, Reset, and then select Reset Network Settings. Once completed your phone will power off and on. Try connecting to the WiFi network again (you will need to reenter the network key if secured). Keep us updated on your progress we are here to help.
