We know how important it is to have a working device. How long has the device been crashing with apps? What apps are causing this? What error do you get on it? Try to go into settings> app manager> find one of the apps that is crashing and clear cache and Data. Then test the app. We want to make sure that we get this solved for you. Please keep us posted.
