When I use the speaker, I can barely hear the person on the other end. I have checked the sound settings and everything is turned up to100%. When i have the speaker phone on i also checked the call setting And it too is up to 100%. Anyone know what else I can do?

Thanks for reching out to the community for assistance with your device and the audio kitkat5491. Let's partner together and get your s5 working properly. May I ask is there any physical/liquid on your device? also, can I assume that bluetooth is turned off when you are testing the audio? If not then please turn bluetooth and wifi off, reboot, and retest. Keep us posted with the results.
