I've had this number since 2006 and I've tried several times over the years to set up a voice mail box for this number. I've even had technicians at Verizon stores try to help, but all they really told me is that I have to do it myself. I call *86 and it doesn't give me the option to set it up. What should I do? I really need to set one up.
