Hallo, 

I want to buy a used Kyocera Hydro Elite to use it in europe (Germany).

Do i have to buy a phone whitch is"GSM unlocked" or is a "normal one" also working?

Is it possible to use the phone with out a simcard just in wifi , or do you always need a verizon card?

i hope anyone can help me.
