We got a couple of Casio G'Zone Commando C811 phones last month.  They were working fine, except for the odd phone call between them that happened on its own (when no one was even holding the phone, so it wasn't an accidental dial), until last week.  Now one of them doesn't ring, or vibrate, when a call comes in.  It makes the right sounds for text messages and alarms, just not for phone calls.

We've checked, and all the settings seem to be the same between the two.  We've tried changing settings and changing ring tones, and nothing seems to work.  Any suggestions?
