Hi there,
We got a couple of Casio G'Zone Commando C811 phones last month. They were working fine, except for the odd phone call between them that happened on its own (when no one was even holding the phone, so it wasn't an accidental dial), until last week. Now one of them doesn't ring, or vibrate, when a call comes in. It makes the right sounds for text messages and alarms, just not for phone calls.
We've checked, and all the settings seem to be the same between the two. We've tried changing settings and changing ring tones, and nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Hi quietdignity - Let's bring back the noise! Are the calls still coming through on the device? When going to Settings>Sounds>Volumes, are both Ringtones and Notifications turned up? Have you restarted the device since this began? I look forward to working towards a solution!
