I've been with AT&T and left. Terrible, horrible customer service. Brought in a bricked phone to an AT&T store. The so-called technician looked at it, just looked at it, and told me that he had no idea what was wrong. I asked if he could call someone to check it out. He told me no. I asked a clerk how much it would cost to get out of my contract. He told me and I paid it and left, without looking back. They may have newer phones before Verizon, but that's it. Coverage is not as good as Verizon's.

Also had T-Mobile. Not a bad outfit, but the coverage is not as good as Verizon's.

I will not say that Verizon is perfect; nothing is, but as far as I'm concerned, they are far better than any of the other big carriers.
