This sounds like trolling and your are just looking for an argument.  The reasons you post are shallow at best.  You can go to a different provider to get a different phone but the bloatware, fortune you pay each month and the less than mediocre service that you will subscribe to. will follow you. You said it yourself that you need reasons to convince your family to leave.  Sounds like they want to stay and you are the one that wants to leave.
