After several days since original purchase I am shocked that I must constantly charge the battery. Last evening I inadvertently let the battery run out and net net I lost all data. So I spent over an hour this morning re-programming the Lucid. I was not given all relevant information by VZW so far as I am concerned, I did not get value for what I paid for, notwithstanding the 'rebate'. Right now I do not know how in the world to stop the constant draining of the battery on this
'new phone', I am in despair, as a longtime proponent of VZW!
