I've had Blackberries, Palms, and Droids (Droid X, Droid R2D2, Rezound, and the LG Spectrum). Of all the phones mentioned, I really like the LG Spectrum. You might want to give this a look as well. As far as apps go, the Droid has quite a few free apps which are really good. Now, I may be wrong, but I understand that Apple does not have any free apps, that they all cost. I have never had an Iphone, so I really don't know how true this is.
