Hello Tom2133! Sorry that you’re experiencing any issues with your Nexus. I’m pleased to report that a new software update was rolled to this model recently. I’d like to know if it resolved this concern. Please advise if you have gotten the most recent software update to that model. Go to: Settings> About phone> Build number. Please advise the results.
