I used LG warranty directly on my G4 when it was newer and I can tell you LG is great to work with.  They will give you a prepaid mailer and gwtvit back as soon as they can.  I always keep an old phone for spare and I carry it with me when traveling just in case as I have had a phone die while on vacation.  I activated my spare when my G4 was out for repair.  Mary
