Anyone else seen this problem? 

Husbands phone was just fine, actually at 80% pulled it out the next time and it won't even turn on.  I used my new LG G6 to look up help options and saw soft reset and hard (or whatever they call it).  Still nothing... Called Verizon and they had me do the exact same things again.....and nothing. 

So now they are sending my husband a nice new RE-FURBISHED one after only using his for 19 whole days. 

He is beyond upset, I mean who wants to pay $700 for a used phone?  Not him..heck we only upgraded our G2's that were almost 4yrs old because we thought the brand was good...guess we were wrong.

We are currently on vacation, he has NO phone and that is the only way his Doctors office can get a hold of him...oh and he is having heart surgery on the 24th.  Yep this is sooooo what he needed righ now 😞
