Which wouldn't be a problem if I wanted to be in hiding.  However, I cannot access my lottery account because I'm appearing to be in new jersey instead of Michigan.   I haven't had this experience until 5 days ago.  Any suggestions?  The lottery site tells me to log on using a cable connection, PC, or mobile connection.  I'm thinking that my hotspot is rather mobile.  Even using the lottery app on my phone results in the same message - they cannot verify that I am in michigan.

My only connection to the internet is by using my phone hotspot.
