This is extremely frustrating and the access point, for all practical purposes shuts down mid stream. I tried setting the option to never go to sleep (didnt work) and also tried upgrading the firware (upgrade failed wthout reason). Overall, I am thinking of throwing this thing back at Verizon and moving to Sprint!!

Support Rep - this is not going to sleep in 30 mins. Read the message, this is going to sleep mid stream and is unable to be woken up by the fact that there is an active connection request. Its a firmware defect!!
