i have read the posts by others with this problem. my settings are on, have talked fruitlessly with vz tech support. some of the threads on here just end without posting what finally worked, if anything, to enable one to send/receive pictures. have never been able to do this with this phone, and never had problems with my previous phone or other phones on my family plan. all blocks are off. all other features work well. please, someone...anyone (lol) ... any ideas??? thank you!
Having almost the same problem with my Blackberry Tour 9630 after a firmware upgrade. I can send text pics but can't receive them. Everything else works fine. When someone sends me a text with any kind of picture in it, the message never shows up. Regular text messages come through with no problem. Any ideas?
