Proof they did? I am talking straight from Microsoft and not some fan site with speculations and hearsay with something with actual evidence.

It's not hearsay, the quote came from and an actual Official Verizon Response Letter.

So, I wanted to follow up on your processor specifications:  Snapdragon 810 Processor with X10 LTE | 8994 Mobile Processor | Qualcomm

Yes the Verizon EVDO and CDMA x1 (2G) is built in the chip.  I will say though the filing with the FCC by Microsoft doesn't include CDMA, just WCDMA.

Link to it, and is it authentic and actually from MS personnel with their name on it.  Anyone can make a letter than looks legit online doesn't mean it is legit.

I seen the letter from Verizon.  I didn't see where Microsoft (Nokia) filed, but Verizon has little love for Windows Phone just the same.  There is much to do for Open Development, and these two companies can make it happen.  Device Certification: Open Network Certification | Verizon Wireless  I. suspect its about the money.

Where's the Verizon is charging extra to make it work and etc etc that they were clamoring about?  I see nothing to imply that, and that's pure speculation.

"Because there has been little consumer demand for Windows 10 Smartphones, Verizon has chosen to not carry The Nokia Lumia 10in its retail channels. However..."

The word "However" says everything.

I care, but then again I don't.  If I want either then my service provider will be ATT.  If I want the XL then I will buy it from Microsoft.  I have the Icon with Windows 10 mobile on it and am happy....for now.

And???  Basically what they said is they don't want it, and the fact MS wouldn't talk to other carriers didn't play a factor into it too...  Let's be serious here.  Even if Verizon wanted it and MS didn't want to talk to them then it wouldn't have come anyway...

However means nothing.  If MS wanted to bring it anyway they could have done what Apple, and Google did and why their devices work regardless of where you bought it from so what then?
