I mistakenly turned on a function in the settings of my phone and now the phone talks to me and I cannot navigate from tile to tile setting to setting rendering the phone essentially useless as I cannot get back to the settings menu to turn this function

I mistakenly turned on a function in the settings of my phone and now the phone talks to me and I cannot navigate from tile to tile setting to setting rendering the phone essentially useless as I cannot get back to the settings menu to turn this function off.  How can I fix this problem?
