I placed two upgrade orders for two iphones for store pick on 12/24 thinking that it would make a nice christmas gift.

I went to the store, the clerk told me he can't complete either order due to some kind of computer error, told me to call verizon at the store to cancel the order and then place the order in the store.

I called verizon and gave the rep 2 order numbers, the rep told me that the order is not in the system and hanged up on me when I still trying to sort it out with him.  The store clerk cant do anything as he told me that he only does processing.

So I left these empty handed without either iphones. 

I can check my order status at http://www.verizonwireless.com/b2c/orderstatus/OrderStatusForm, so definitely it is in the system, and the store clerk told me it is in the system too. 

I will definitely transfer to tmobile when my contract is up.  Verizon customer service is not worth it anymore.
