What crappy service. I have been complaining about your crappy service for 4 months. I am tired of missed calls that don't ring and 4G LTE that clocks at 0.33 mps. I have an open ticket Ticket # (removed). Is there any reason you can't fix this crappy service or refund me my broadband coverage amount since you gave up the towers in Montana that made you a good company. I have speed test data starting in July of 2013 when your 4G service went from 5 mps to anywhere from 0.14 to 3.11 mps This is a gigantic difference from the website brag where you talk about speeds that eclipse broadband at 12 mps. seems to be a gigantic difference between 0.14 and 12.
Fix the problem or refund me money!
