Why doesn't Verizon have an actual working email address where a person can send a comment, complaint or question to? I found yesterday that I had 2 voicemails waiting to be heard from a family member and a company I do business with. In NEITHER CASE, did my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 show any kind of notification of a voicemail. It DID show I had missed 2 calls... but that's it. Is there a problem with the voicemail system or was this just a fluke?

Yikes! I'm sorry that you didn't get those voicemails. Let's be sure that this doesn't happen again. Does you phone miss these calls or voicemails while you're at a specific location? is this the first time this has happened? What software version is your phone on? Also what zip code are you in? All these will help narrow down what's going on?

I'm having the same problem with my new Samsung Galaxy Note 4, and my husband is having the same problem with his Samsung Galaxy S 5. So this seems to be a systemic problem that Verizon refuses to acknowledge or assist with. I agree that it sucks that there isn't any easy way to ask Verizon anything!
