I am in Colorado Springs CO and have the same problem recently. I'd also like to know why it all of a sudden changed after years of having good service in the exact same location.

I am located near the midpoint of two tower and get dropped calls constantly in West Los Angeles (90025). AT&T has five bars at my house, but VZW has 1 bar. Need some better coverage in this area.

nivinerichie, thanks for confirming your location and area. Let's review this further. When did this problem begin? Is this impacting your text messages and or data/internet connection as well? Share details.

Having great service is important, MUDRACE1855. It is strange that you would have good service and then have it deteriorate. Has there been any structural changes inside or outside your home? Are others having this problem in your area as well?
