GREAT DAY to try and reach anybody on VERIZON
4/28/14 And cannot reach anyone on the 800 number just a recording with ads about the great things? verzion offers
After waiting for about 20 minutes I hung up and tried to get someone on chat with verizon again was not connected..
went to DOWNDETECTOR to see verizon was having issues near my area in wolcott ny but it still does not help to resolved my problem
for now a full month.My 4g broadband has been shutting down to 3g with 2 or 3 bars and will not let me use my comupter unless i
shut off the vzacess and reconnect to 4g no bars that sometimes stays there or switches off to 2g up to 3 g 2 bars and again I have to repeat the whole process again
or just switch off my comupter.
ALREADY since this problem started i have a new sim card ,have deleted the access program and reinstalled the program and don't know how many times I have been walked through
different ideas when you get someone on the phone
I am in a 4g extended area but if you look at the map ,full 4g surrounds where i live and until a month ago i had 4g speed
with up to 3bars for about a year and a half
this is a rural farm area so i don't think a lot of users are doing anything to slow my service unless cows have laptops and playing ANGRY BIRDS
VERIZON it's your towers, broadband units plus whatever how come you can't figure out what is going on. as I post this letter
MAYBE SOMEONE FROM VERIZON WILL ANSWER TO ASK FOR MORE INFO WHICH I HAVE DONE WITH OTHER POST, BuT maybe this time they will answer my reply,
right now one month with no results it is time to file a complain with the FTC website

I have tried many times in different ways to get my 4g working again . I t almost feels hopeless . the last few things {new sim. deleting and restall program nothing works , maybe it.s now a tower problem or the vl600 is shot }{just lost 4g no bars to 3g 2 bars and had to reconnect} ..this is what i go through for the last 30 days in wolcott ny
