Frequently the party on the receiving end of my calls says that my calls are breaking up. If I switch to speaker it is ok. Is it the way I'm holding the phone, or have others had the same problem? Is there a way to reconfigure the call page to eliminate the problem if it is a user issue?
Having crystal clear audio while on a call is a must, marciaab. That is definitely a concern that this works while on speakerphone. Does this effect every phone call? When specifically did this issue start? Do you have any cases or screen protectors on your device?
